Trying to talk with someone No one answered i was in hold. Not the first time.
This place is dead , nobody at the front desk , nobody to answer the phones , I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes, I need to work
25 years in the trade and carrier is the worst company I've ever done business with. I done sell their stuff but I'm doing a warranty fan motor and I've logged hours of phone time trying to get it and I'll be dealing with them for weeks to complete this.
