Hands down worst customer service in the industry
I call up the Manassas branch to see if the parts have come in, and I am directed to their automated call center, where I wait hours to get to a real person, and the voice that keeps telling me how convenient and fast they are. Really? How convenient and fast is waiting on the phone for hours to see if they have the part you need so I can just pick it up.
