On numerous occasions I had to pick up orders at this branch. Of the times I did, they have never had an order ready to load as is described in the app. I log on and confirm picking up my order, I get confirmation of that, and confirmation it's ready to pickup. However, it never is ready. Once they do address me they pull and load with polite and courteous service. But we are not supposed to have to wait when using curbside pickup.
At suite 190, I walked in the glass doors and was informed that I'm not allowed to be in there that truckers come in the side door. There is overnight parking and the people that were unloading me were very civil but I felt ostracized by that young man in the office. Don't think I'll be coming back. Thank you

You have to fill out a cheap tablet when you walk in the door now before the people 15 feet away can help you. Been coming to this place for years and the first time I can say that the people making the decisions don’t understand their client base in the slightest.
