I had a great experience with Carrier Enterprise. Jeremy, the counter representative, was extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to walk me through how to use the Carrier app, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the service was quick and efficient, they got me the equipment I needed in a timely manner. Overall, excellent customer service and a smooth experience.
