Horrible communication set-up. Tommy L was ridiculous. Jon, the manager, rectified the issue at my inconvenience. Will not refer this location to anyone personally nor use this location further for business.
OTR: M-F, 730a-4pm. Follow appointment time. When entering facility site from main road, tight turn, narrow cover lane with upright curb barriers. NO Overnight parking. Bathroom available during hours open. S&R next to ramp. Receiving Dock, not marked.
As soon as I called them I went on hold. It is a fight to speak to a real person
