This place and the manufacturer really sucks on both customer service and getting parts information, pricing, and availability. The worse experience ever.
Your store’s definition of “ready for pickup” clearly needs work. Either update your process, your training, or your leadership — preferably all three.
I’ve had a consistently bad experience at this Carrier store in Alexandria, VA. The customer service is terrible — no one seems willing to help or resolve anything. Every time I go there, the staff is slow, unresponsive, and unprofessional. They take forever to process orders, and it feels like customers are treated as an inconvenience. It’s frustrating and disappointing. If you value your time and expect decent service, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
