Just when I thought this place couldn’t get any worse they just had to prove me wrong. The staff knows nothing about their products or inventory. There’s definitely no In-N-Out with this place. The kiosk doesn’t take your information half the time so we have to repeat and put all this stuff in front of them. I have to answer 12 questions just to get a tube of caulking. I wish I could give this company a -5 star review because they’re absolutely awful.
I think the people up front are awesome. I think Jasmine is a wonderful manager and I think the warehouse got a whole lot better than it was in the past. And Michael, congratulations on your promotion! You earned it!
this has got to be the worst carrier supplier location on the east coast. if you are a service technician then I don't even need to explain anything.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Carrier Enterprise Mid-Atlantic has consistently failed to deliver even the most basic level of competence when it comes to ordering parts. Multiple times we’ve placed online orders only to watch them never arrive on time — or at all — without any proactive communication. Their logistics process is, frankly, a mess. If a part happens to be “in stock” at the factory, you might as well add an extra month to your project timeline, because it will sit in the back of their warehouse unreceived... read more
