Offloading was fast great experience at this location off loading people showed great customer service.
Constantly sit on hold for often 30 or more minutes before being hung up on, customer service is deplorable UPDATE: After CE reached out to me with further support on my issue and explained their online support to me in more detail I changed my review to reflect their response and support that I received.
