Great CSRs
Called to inquire about parts. They answered the phone, then proceeded to ask me to hold, after 25 minutes told me they would help via text and abruptly hung up. Answered my question by text 24 hours later with a response that wasnt accurate as I had already called the laurel location to confirm they have the parts in stock. Horrible customer service.
As a warehouse district should be!
