Waited 30 mins for someone to answer guy picked up ask me where Im located then hangs up on me like you guys are ridiculous and lazy hire some more people lol and people that actually know what work is lol you guys are such a waste of time !!
Terrible. Stupid sign in on a tablet needs to go. Pointless.
Incompetence. Expect a wait. It's a bit of a nightmare returning anything. Whether its for warranty, damage or even just to return an item when THEY sent the wrong thing!
