Incompetence. Expect a wait. It's a bit of a nightmare returning anything. Whether its for warranty, damage or even just to return an item when THEY sent the wrong thing!

Terrible customer service. Paid extra to have parts overnighted and had to wait 5 days to get them. If you call you’re on hold forever.

This place is amazing! Express delivery options express pick up, very tech savy,parking right in front of the door always available and finally the staff. These people are very warm and welcoming.
