I had a terrible experience with this AC supply business. The customer service is practically non-existent—no one seemed interested in helping. I was left waiting and constantly had to chase someone down for basic information. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.
Really great to work with. Chelsea and Mike are the best. always go the extra mile to help. Very happy with the overall experience working with them.
Literally standing in the store for the last 17 minutes and still haven’t even been spoken to. Terrible service.
