Mom Has been this this program 15 years from now and its good But it is a GREAT SERVICE
Funny as they are listed as a health care company however do not operate as one. I have been a caregiver for 20yrs and have worked many agencies. When a client has Medicaid or Medicare care hours the company takes on burden of collecting those funds. If those funds run out they still send the caregiver and PAY them and recoup those costs from agency directly. This company is NOT that. They are a HR/payroll company masquerading as a care company. I came several times and there okay not really nothing to brag about and they kinda slow and there ain't nobody in the building like no ones here and they slow and evb always rude so why is it so slow work on that cds
