It's impossible to get a supervisor on the phone they always have to call back or send an email it feels impersonal and like your just a number
Friendly staff, quick to resolve any issues, and services are superb. I'm glad our family has options that work for our everyday living.
Training is sub-par and if you want to talk to a person.. good luck.. always long hold times and when you are waiting for a while.. it comes on and says leave a voice mail..
I cannot get people to e-mail me back and when I call there is hardly ever an answer. They need up their game. Very poor service!
