I’m on my first long RV trip with a 31 foot motorhome and towing a car with a Master Tow trailer. It’s been a month and we’ve had a number of disasters. I’ve had to call a mobile mechanic three times. Charlie was definitely the best and the most reasonable. Unlike the other mechanic that looked at my furnace, he explained to me how the system works and showed me where the sail switch and the temperature sensor is. In from out of town and AC went out. Charlie asked me to send some photos, then got on FaceTime and helped me over the phone. It was great. Instant fix and he just asked me to Venmo him a small fee for that, which I was very happy to do. A lot better than the other companies that wanted me to “wait until tomorrow” when it’s 100° out. Thank you, Charlie!
Charlie is the best ! Went out of his way to help us by phone on a Friday night . Told us exactly what to do to temporarily keep us running our air in this oppressive heat . Was here the next morning to order the part . Came back on a Sunday to deliver it . Only wanted to charge us for the part !! No words can describe our experience we had with this wonderful , knowledgeable , personable man . Thank you Charlie for everything !
