Hi, we were lucky enough to have Charlie come out and inspect our RV very pleasant experience. Charlie was very detailed and precise with extensive knowledge. Also pointed out a few tips on how to preserve and prevent future damage We will definitely stay in touch for our next coach

We came to this area for medical reasons. The day we arrived, 2 of our 3 air conditioners stopped working on our RV. I believe it was 118 degrees. We contacted Charles at CDRV and he came right away-it was Saturday! He worked tirelessly to figure out the problem the next 3 days. While parts were ordered, we knew we had to find a place to stay. I’m on my first long RV trip with a 31 foot motorhome and towing a car with a Master Tow trailer. It’s been a month and we’ve had a number of disasters. I’ve had to call a mobile mechanic three times. Charlie was definitely the best and the most reasonable. Unlike the other mechanic that looked at my furnace, he explained to me how the system works and showed me where the sail switch and the temperature sensor is. He explained to me how to replace them if they go bad. He came out to my rig on short notice, and was very nice.... read more
