We had our wood burning fireplace installed by the folks at CDR and we are very happy with our choice ! All the staff were very friendly and professional. If you are looking around then look no more. CDR is the best in the area !
If you’re looking for a fireplace repair company- these guys were AMAZING. Melissa is the owner and was just great. From removing shoes at the door, laying out a drop cloth, cleaning things as she went, did NOT need to replace anything (unlike the other THREE companies (that weren’t able to fix the fireplace) had told me), she cleaned the glass, put the vent hood back the way it should have been after another gentleman messed it up. I called CDR to get a quote for fireplace repair services because my pilot light would not ignite. A rep from CDR called me back promptly and attempted to troubleshoot my fireplace with me. Although we weren't able to resolve the issue initially, another rep called me back later that day and was able to provide enough help over the phone that I was able to fix my problem myself. After another company tried to tell me that it would cost $1300 to fix my fireplace, and that the part would take 2 weeks to arrive, Melissa fixed it for under $400 and had the part on her truck. I highly recommend this company. Everything about my experience with them was fantastic.
