These are fake reviews. It is not a good homecare agency. I was discriminated by another aide and was harassed a year ago. I made a complaint to the Supervisor of The Coordinator Department. She was supposed to follow up and never did. I made a claim with the Division of Human Rights. I had a lawyer look at the report that I made from the legal aid society and he said I can legally after them under the federal law. Working with this agency has been a nightmare. Very disorganized, they don’t return your calls or emails and have terrible follow-up skills with the health plan
