ANCHOR does not deserve this one star I am giving. When I was going through my OPWDD services and ANCHOR asked IDf I would be providing the person for training, I said yes. Not only did they have the agency pay for the individual I recommended, ANCHOR also kept their training certificate. So this person went through all this training for nothing and till this day the family still has not received this service.
