You can’t contact them they never return your call very fusturating
Trying to set up care for a customer for over a month. When I call a representative they give me the run around and nothing gets done. My customer has been going without care because they do nothing.
My personal care provider has not been able to get in contact with anybody on the phone regarding any vacation time or other questions Freedom care was way better since the switch over there has been a lot of stress on my caregiver and me there's no way of getting in touch with this cdpap and it's quite frustrating
PPL has been one of the worst experiences I've had in my lifetime. You can never get any answers when you call because my caregiver hasn't been paid in weeks. They are a bunch of puppets that say the same exact words when you are lucky enough to talk to someone. But in the end of your 2 hour "onhold" you get hung up on.
