Tracy came out for a free inspection on my roof after a hail storm. Was very honest and told us everything was fine and even caulked some nails that needed attention. Will be letting neighbors & friends know about CDM Roofing! Honesty goes along way in my book!
I had my roof replaced this week and I could NOT be happier. Not only did my roof turn out fantastic, the owner of CDM Roofing met the claims adjuster at my home and found damage that would not have otherwise been covered, resulting in an additional $800+ on-the-spot. CDM Roofing then sent in a supplement for the additional material needed resulting in less money out of pocket. Tracy showed up the same day I called. Inspected my roof and gutters for hail damage and found none. He was on time, honest, friendly and knows what he is doing. Although we do not need any repairs at this time, should the need arise, rest assured I will call CDM.
All I can say is this is a guy you can really trust. I have referred him to many friends and family and always great feedback. *On time and always a fantastic job. * Something I hear a lot is that when CDM finishes your job they really clean up everything and leave your property with nothing left behind except a great new roof. * Tracy not only runs a great business but does so many things within his community.
