Had to update again because I’ve been receiving text messages from this place complaining about my review. I asked them to not contact me again. I had to block the number. I’ve made a complaint about this provider with the proper agencies. Scroll through the reviews and look at all the fake ones. You can tell easily a lot of them are phony or perhaps even made by the provider themselves. Whatever you do, do NOT GO HERE FOR A DOT PHYSICAL.
