Website offers IUD insertion and removal = basic women’s health/provision of contraception, but is actually NOT provided by clinic. When you call to book anything related to IUD, you are told this service is not offered. Shocked by phone call with reception, I showed up in person to ask again, and was denied this basic womens healthcare again today. I had a very positive experience at this clinic. Since coming to Canada, most of my medical visits have not been great, but this time was different. I was treated for a concussion and also needed an ear flush. The nurse who assisted me (I believe her name was Lyna or something similar) did an excellent job. She was very kind, attentive, and took the time to carefully go through all my concerns. She listened patiently and provided helpful solutions, which I truly appreciated. Misleading fees. I was quoted $30 for each part of the 2 step TB test, step 1 and step 2, but each step was divided into two stages. I was mislead into thinking step 1 was $30 and step 2 was $30, but actually each stage of each step was $30! A test I was mislead into thinking was $60 total was actually $120! Service was decent but incredibly misleading. If you need a paid service here, be very careful at this clinic.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. I had an appointment with Dr. Viraj Sidhu, but the consultation felt extremely rushed and unhelpful. I waited approximately 45 minutes to be seen, yet the actual interaction lasted barely a minute. Person at front desk was rude. There were 4 people in the waiting room at 340 and they stopped taking walk ins.
