I don’t even know where to start. After standing outside in -5 with a suspected chest infection for 30 min, I finally got to wait inside for another 30 min. In the time I was waiting I saw many moments of dismissal to anyone who wasn’t from here, one young lady ask for an address to the imagining centre and she didn’t speak English well, this receptionist kept giving her verbal directions instead of just writing down the address.
