Closed early and not helpful
The pharmacy in the clinic is great. Professional and courteous service.
Went in yesterday and waited for 5 1/2 hours to be seen for an eye infection (not their fault for being the only walk in in Kingston) HOWEVER, when being prescribed antibiotics they asked if I had any allergies and despite telling them I was severely allergic to penicillin they prescribed me a heavily penicillin based one. It has now been 24 hours and neither the pharmacist nor myself have been able to get ahold of them to get the prescription fixed. Make me come in for a walk in twice just to fix your own mistake lol
Really long wait. I’ve been waiting for 3 hours and I was told it would only be 1.5 hours. The time keeps doubling and the wait gets longer.
