St Louis Park MN Great job Staff 💯 I have had 10 MRI X Ray ect w Rayus since 2018. St Louis Park Staff has really improved. Just wish Maple Grove, all the staff would do the same. The overall vibe there is different less concern for the patient pain level need of assistance comfort level during scans or treatments. Not as much friendly conversation. It really doesn’t take much effort to treat people w kindness & a little more empathy. I hope this will encourage the staff to do better 👍🏽✌️
Very pleasant experience. Staff was helpful, warm and friendly. Becky was great, answered my questions. She told me what to expect and when I'd be given the results. Will definitely recommend!
I don’t know her name but she was excellent. She managed to find a vein for the contrast when the original person who tried was unable to do so ( not his fault, I have terrible veins). Then she explained the procedure in detail and was very professional through the whole process.
