My experience was very poor. One of the doors showed up incredibly damaged. All of the frames were for the wrong size wall (I Needed 2 x 6+ sheeting and they sent 2 x 4+ sheeting size). The doors took three weeks longer than promised to be delivered. The rough dimensions that I was told while waiting were very wrong. The order is missing fasteners. There are no instructions…. And to top it all off, I Have reached out repeatedly to the company and they will not return any of my communications Or even pick up the phone.
Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this company. Was our 1st time buying through them, and sadly will have to be the last time, since three walk doors showed with large flakes of paint missing, and the paint can easily flake off by just lightly rubbing a finger nail across. CDI Doors has been uncommunicative for nearly two weeks, and has done nothing to fix this problem!

Called this company thinking I could get a door fast paid for expedited shipping then got an email stating that there was a delay I then had to request my expedited shipping cost be returned that sounded kind of odd to the owner he was almost confused by it, the door shows up the wrong size they then send a replacement for that door and the replacement door shows up the wrong size.
CDI is one of the best if not, THE BEST commercial door installation companies! They're professional and highly knowledgeable in what they're doing. I wouldn't look for a better door installation company than CDI! You can expect professionalism, great quality, great communication, and top of the line skills from CDI! You will not regret choosing this company, I can promise you that!
