My experience working with Anneka to replace some very old commercial doors was Excellent. The customer service she provided is unparalleled! Because of her teachings, I now feel like a professional commercial door replacement officer!
Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this company. Was our 1st time buying through them, and sadly will have to be the last time, since three walk doors showed with large flakes of paint missing, and the paint can easily flake off by just lightly rubbing a finger nail across. CDI Doors has been uncommunicative for nearly two weeks, and has done nothing to fix this problem!
CDI Doors was a huge help to our company. Local vendors have been marking up their prices and having huge delays. Aspen was a huge help with communication and her promptness to bidding out our plans.
Sage at CDI Door company went above and beyond for my door purchase. She sent me updates and tracking numbers on my order and I will definitely use them again.
