Doing business with CDI Doors has been one of the worst supplier experiences I’ve had as a general contractor. Before placing my order, I specifically called their team to make sure I was ordering the correct doors, frames, and hardware. I relied on their expertise and recommendations. Address instructions was not followed, the 3 parts of the door was not cut correctly and would not connect correctly. The holes for the lock and knob did not line up. Didn't send the hinges for it. Did not leave room for threshold to be inserted under. Sent wrong handed door lock , almost 3000 dollars and its been issue after issue. No clear instructions. If your doing this on a weekend, no help available for customer service. I would try a different company next time.

I’ve been dealing with different suppliers for the past 3 years honestly CDI is the best as a customer service and pricing.
