Polite, professional, honest ... altogether excellent. Today, a year later, I brushed against a garage wood panel and had white paint streak marks on my car. Joe got down on his knees to clean it and did not charge anything! Beyond grateful!
I would like to share the wonderful service we received from Joe at CDE Collision 3200 Calumet Valparaiso IN. They gave a very detailed report on a vehicle that we had towed in from an accident. They pointed out structural damages from a previous accident that another collision center did not repair properly or safely. Joe was very kind to do a detailed report of current and past damages.
