This florist went above and beyond in handling a confusing delivery, they went the extra mile to deliver to a hospital in Rowlett when it was originally thought to be in Plano. The arrangement was lovely.
I would give 10 stars if I could, I made a mistake on my order and they were so friendly and understanding and even gave me multiple options to fix it! They are amazing!
I wish I could give more stars! Needed help with an arrangement for a proposal coming from out of state. Cat was extremely helpful and professional. I was able to work with her on a custom arrangement and even text pictures of what the inspiration was. She went above and beyond!! Not only did she surprise me with a small top arrangement for the sign but worked to balance the colors I used in the board with the original inspiration photos.
