My son took a survey in April 2023 and was told he would receive $20. In 3 months it will be April 2024 and he still has not received the $20 but he is constantly being asked to do more surveys. He has been emailing the CDC Foundation since August of 2023 about this and the panel member support center has yet to give him an update.

In the US, we have 8% with asthma, 10% with osteoarthritis, 11% with diabetes, 33% of men get cancer & 50% of women get cancer. In the 65+ group : 10% have dementia and 10% have Alzheimer's. How exactly are you helping keep North America healthy?
