My son took a survey in April 2023 and was told he would receive $20. In 3 months it will be April 2024 and he still has not received the $20 but he is constantly being asked to do more surveys. He has been emailing the CDC Foundation since August of 2023 about this and the panel member support center has yet to give him an update.
