CDC Computers did great work on my purchased parts, they completed my gaming p.c.  at a good  price; and it wound up costing less than their original  e$timate ! Yahoo . The staff and especially the service rep Cameron , were skilled and adept ( friendly too) ; after a few short days( and their skilled work,) I drove home a happy customer. I came back two days later for a problem I caused , and with no hesitation they set it right, with no charge at all , now that’s great customer service! Out of the blue my laptop was immobilized by the Microsoft Security scam that suggested I had 5 viruses on my computer. Knowing it was a scam I refused to call their service number but now my computer was down. I had kept a card from CDC Computers and they said they would take a look. I was so pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service I received from Joe in the service department. He was professional, courteous and very kind! It took some doing but he removed the hold this scam had on my computer. I left very relieved ... read more

Service was absolutely outstanding. I came into purchase a computer but Daniel looked at my old computer and realized I just needed a new hard drive. They treat you as more than just a customer.
