I am a driver, I usually drop off their patients. This Facility is not open when it's supposed to be, I have come with several different 5am patients only to leave outside and they post a 4:45am opening time. The last time it was cold and rainy at 4:55am and I called them in frustration about my weak sick passenger unable to at least sit in the lobby entrance, because I had to leave. The person who answered was more concerned with calls than opening the door. .I have pictures of the time.
This place is terrible it’s people here that are sick and dying and they never speak or make people feel welcomed I have been in here like 5 times and it’s always the same.
FOR ME I HAVE NO PROBLEM. IT TURNED OUT TO BE A MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE THAN I EXPECTED. CAN'T SAY THAT FOR PEOPLE THAT GET DROPPED OFF SITTING IN THE COLD AND THE RAIN. NEVER OPEN ON TIME AND HAS A PERFECTLY NICE WAITING ROOM UP FRON. I HAVE ONE PATIENT SITTING IN CAR WITH ME!!
Some techs can care less about there job and caring for patients properly. It's about 3 that go over and beyond the care for me as a patient.
