Mike and Heidi Poole and their crew are flat out the best. The true apex of professionalism and courtesy and quality. They not only install the best equipment, they service their products as well. Just had our furnace and air conditioning unit replaced Wow what a great job Mark and his helper did! This company delivered from the first phone call to install. It was so easy and we could not be happier. We found them through Costco which had a few perks They were fast, friendly, efficient and I feel competitively priced They took great care of our home. Excellent service from the start Garrick assessed our AC unit and furnace and explained the best way to go was replacing the AC. He was our point of contact and was professional, honest and detailed in information about the process.Heidi was helpful with getting the finance paperwork through. A plus service and glad to have a new AC installed and highly recommend them. I will be using them for my matainence service.
