• I saw Patty Woods one time because my doctor had left this practice and I needed refills on my medications. I would never see her again. I have severe allergies to chemicals that keep me isolated and cause anxiety before being around new people, especially enclosed in an exam room. I am confounded by the billing from Health TrackRX Indiana Inc for Infectious Agents. This lab is "out of PacificSource's Network" and if I had known your staff person, namely Patty Woods who I have NEVER MET, was going to send my urine to them I would have put a stop to it immediately. Now, due to your negligence, I'm stuck with a bill for $125. I have reported this incident to both PacificSource & Health TrackRX and have reported this BAD REVIEW to the internet, i.e. YELP.
