messed up my front end alignment.....plus they have a sexual predator working there

My brother took his car in (at my suggestion) with water leak & running hot When the smoke cleared C&D charged him over 500.00 He picked the car up didn't go a mile Car ran boiling hot Took car back this morning Just called them & was told Oh it's got a bad head gasket that's a 1000.00 repair So what exactly did they do that for the 500.00 I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau & filing a complaint if this situation isn't rectified
Gave us the run around for almost 2 hours the other day then refused to just let us carry a tire into the bay and made us pull in leaving a tire jack in the way which obviously got hit by me and now the tire that hit it is flat! Never again will I go to or take anyone to this poor excuse of a tire place.
I had new tires and a front end alignment done the other day. All I have to say is fast and friendly service. And a reasonable price.
