She is extremely efficient, responds quickly, and ensures all tasks and repairs are completed promptly. Quotes are always fair and reasonable, and communication is clear and reliable throughout. The whole team is professional and easy to work with. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences, and I would happily recommend them to any strata scheme.
Taya is very dismissive of complaints telling one owner to put up with noise but then claims there are noise complaints on file with body corporate about the owner making a noise complaint and when the president of body corporate is asked about this he has no record of complaints and when work needs to be done on private property which requires access from common property i am given the go ahead in an email and then a few days after the work has been done i receive a letter that i breached the by-laws by not seeking permissi... read more
Anna Douglas has to be the worst strata manager I have ever dealt with! Doesn't answer emails, doesn't answer calls, and never returns calls. What does she even do all day?
No different from when they were CD Strata. Expensive and no interest in responding to issues. Avoid at all costs.
