Judging by the driving skills of the employees. attention to detail and the ability to read is non-existent not to mention that if you don't have enough com-sense to know your driving a billboard definitely don't want you building a structure
A lot of the employees driving company trucks for CD Smith must really have poor time management skills as to the reckless and high rates of speed their company pickup trucks are exploiting on the road way
