The property manager exhibits discriminatory behavior and does not treat tenants fairly. He frequently evicts tenants without just cause and raises rent for some while leaving others unaffected. His actions often appear biased, even towards individuals of his own background. Waste of time they never responded back
These are some of the worst properties I've ever seen. You walk down the main hallway to get to the apartments and there is roaches in the hallway.
These people are scum. I moved out at the end of 2019 after my mother passed away and paid my rent. That was the last time I spoke to Michael regarding the property. 3 Years later while trying to find rent, I found out that they charged $400 to my credit and HAVE NOT COMMUNICATED to me about any lingering charges when I moved. I tried to speak cordially with Michael and he was quick to yell and talk over me about 'mailing a letter per law', which there is no proof that they did because I NEVER received anything, not even a p... read more
