Everything was great
Clothes were cleaned correctly but when I originally dropped off the cleaning they charged me for 1 additional item (more than I had). I hadn't noticed the error on the receipt. When I came to pick up the clothes the attendant said he couldn't refund my credit card that he could only write on my receipt that they owe me a free cleaning of one item. What business can't refund your credit card. I've never heard of such a thing. Hopefully they will honor the note on my receipt.

I thought a hallmark of CD one price cleaners was same day service. This location is a satellite location. Your order is not ready until after 5 pm on the day after you drop off your clothes.
