Excellent service and really nice staff
I brought in women’s blouses and requested laundering not dry cleaning. The blouses were never worn and really just needed to be washed and pressed. I was told they don’t launder women’s blouse. My only option was dry cleaning or take them somewhere else. I did just that. Another local cleaner was happy to do what I requested without question.
They ruined my closed, burgundy sweater brand new worn once and from size Large it shrinked to size Small. My black silk Vince shirt was overheated that the silk lost its quality and it now grey and the buttons are peeled paint. White linned dress are full of yellow stains from overheat. The owner and manager were rude and told me to take my clothes somewhere else. I will be filing BBB report and notifying the corporate of the customer service. So sad of ruined clothing. I’ve used CD One Price Cleaners in the past and generally had no complaints. They are upfront about not guaranteeing certain Indian garments due to possible shrinkage, which I understand and accept. However, I felt compelled to write this review after a recent experience. We dropped off two white tablecloths, and they refused to accept one because it had a red wine stain.
