The garment I dropped off was a corduroy jacket that is dry clean only. There was visible dirt on the cuffs when I dropped it off. This was not removed at all. When I asked about it the man at the counter said they probably washed it flat and didn’t do the inside of the jacket! That’s not cleaning. There was no offer to do it again and basically I was sent off with a shrug. Not very happy with the quality but it was $5 so I guess you get what you pay for.
I am so impressed from this place . Very nice customer service and perfect price and work.
