Every place makes mistakes. What counts is how they are handled. CD’s customer service exists, responds, and resolves, in a time where most places do not.
I found CD’s coupon in a mailer a few weeks ago. It was an offer to clean any three items for $10. I thought that was a an excellent way to have three sweaters cleaned and brought them in a day or two later. The cashier was very amiable. He took in the sweaters and said they would be ready the next day. That’s great service at a very low price. They did a nice job on my sweaters. I’m glad I tried their service. I will certainly use them in the future.
