Service is fast, and the staff is always very friendly.
I bring my laundry and dry cleaning to you. I do feel that attention to detail is sometimes poor. For example, my laundered shirt collar was rolled over, my dry cleaned slacks that always has a crease, did not have the crease. Your employee told me that I have to specify a crease. He tagged it for a crease and came back again without one. The 3rd time it came back with a center crease.
On two different occasions I have received back expensive dresses safety-pinned to the hanger in multiple locations. Why anyone would think this is acceptable is beyond me. Poking holes in nice fabric is not ok. Don’t take any clothes you care about to this cleaners.
