I love this shop and the staff is super friendly but there is one major problem and the reason for my star rating. Whoever owns or manages it makes their employees work in the hottest condition imaginable. I was in there for less than five minutes and it was hotter in there than it was outside. They have the doors open to allow for airflow and every single employee is wearing some type of cooling device or towel around their neck because they are all dripping and sweat. I drive from Lake Forest to CD One in Deerfield because of the team they have assembled, the quality of service and the price of course. This place has always been the best. I have been a customer for many years and dont plan on changing. Sarai, Lesby, are the closers and all too often I am "that guy" who shows up right at 7 pm yet they always have big smiles, are never irritated and are just as kind as can be!.
