I was happy using this cleaners for years, but in the past 6 months I have had several issues costing me over $1000, and have had very poor customer service addressing these issues. In March, I brought 2 suits for dry cleaning a few days before I left on a business trip. When I went to pick the suits up, the employees couldn’t find my order. You do a good job and get it done efficiently.
Very poor customer service. TAYLOR, manager, doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and attitude. Last time doing business in this location. Also, all my family and friends will stop too. This place definitely needs a new manager who will respect customers.
