This raing soft it's the worse company really they don't care just they want want get customer that's all they don't good job please don't ever try this company bullshit just they want come check it they asked 1600 and that's still in warranty really bullshit company
I purchased a new home that has a RainSoft system. I called to ask if they would come out and check to see how it’s functioning and get new filters if needed. But because a prior owner from 2020 has an outstanding balance, they refuse to come out unless I paid over $300 first for the balance from 4 years ago. Wow! That’s not my bill. I guess they don’t want a new customer.
I was bought 1 of their water system for my home and have had nothing but problem with it the installer damaged my home putting it in which left me with water damage and was completely laid to from the sales man about their so called cleaning products don't trust them they will tell you anything to make a sale you will have to fight to get any damage they cause to get them to repair it I would not do business with rain soft again
