Estimator came out for a flooring estimate and was pleasant. I called several times to get a copy of the estimate and they said they would email it to me. After 8 calls over a 3 week period, they kept telling me they would email it to me but same nothing showed up in any of my email folders. I called again and asked if I could just come by the office and pickup a copy of the estimate. Their answer was they weren't taking on any new projects. Wow!
