Made several attempts to contact this company through their email sales , Never got a reply back , Wanted to talk to someone about sales , Tried calling never got a answer , Get plenty of emails for online purchases, But never apply through emails , After a week I gave up , Guess they don’t want a sale

Bought a system a few years ago and they did an awesome job helping me put it together based on my different needs. The best part was when I had questions they were only a phone call away. They have an incredibly helpful support staff as well as videos to help the setup process. Referred my friends and family to them who all have similar experiences.

Spoke to Ed in customer service twice today concerning the settings in the setup of our security system. He was pleasant, professional and thorough. I never felt rushed during the calls. Excellent service is hard to find these days so when I experience it, I share it. Tiger M.

Very nice and helpful tech support. I did have to setup a time for the tech to call me back as we were playing phone tag, but we setup a time and was promptly called at the designated date and time for very helpful service.

We have purchased multiple NVR's and plenty of cameras and the equipment has been excellent! We have had some clients with older systems and purchased new cameras for them to add to their system only to run into some issues, and upon calling tech support I got a hold of a top notch technician that walked me through the issue (Jason is his name) and showed me some new techniques that have come in handy ever since.
