Went with this company because they advertise top of the line systems, pain over 2200 dollars for a 4k system , got it all installed , after about 2 weeks I went back to look at playback and the video recording is horrible, you can’t tell a big logo on someone’s shirt from 10ft away , blurry and distorted, Call the techs and they said that’s just the way the cameras are, These are 225 dollar 4k cameras , Our old Lorex 500 dollar system recorded way better then this over priced system , they say it’s 100% money back guarant... read more
I bought a system about 1 year ago and was very pleased. last week I had a problem with it and diagnosed it to be a bad switch. I sent the switch back and they verified the problem same day it was received and sent a new one out at no charge. Very good to do business with and highly recommend.
Made several attempts to contact this company through their email sales , Never got a reply back , Wanted to talk to someone about sales , Tried calling never got a answer , Get plenty of emails for online purchases, But never apply through emails , After a week I gave up , Guess they don’t want a sale
