Really great store with lots of Cameras setup. Excellent place to actually understand the dimensions of the different cameras and to see the PTZ functionality. Was able to price match and had a totally fuss free transaction
There cameras does not work Bad Service
Don't buy here. I purchased security camera last October 2020. I returned it for repairs in May. I finally received it back three months later to find it hadn't been repaired. The Tech guy wrote 'Unfortunately we cannot fix or swap the motherboard under warranty due to the damage.' They just make excuses not to meet their warranty obligations. I notice several bad reviews for CCTV Security Camera Warehouse, this was not my experience at all several months ago, I found the staff friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in an industry where most are tight-lipped and secretative. As an added bonus their prices were super-competetive. 5 stars well earned.
Pretty much take your money and give you the worst service. At the start the service was good like the 5star reviews state but down the track the service and excuse uses are just pathetic and unprofessional for a business owner.
