I purchased a video intercom from CCTV Masters, and not only was the price competitive but when I ran into issues with the installation, they were more than happy to assist me until we got it to work. Don’t shop anywhere else if your in the market for CCTV related products!
Read the comments from H H, and others it's exactly as they mentioned. First hang up on me, then when I went to the store the guy went from ok to rude in 5 seconds. invest some time to improve your soft skills and communication then you will not have people complaining.

Black Friday Sale????? Nope just a pretend sale. I Had items saved in my cart from a few days prior waiting to see if Black Friday would be cheaper and when I tried to price it on Black Friday the whole cart went up by $100. Emailed numerous times asking for assistance and got ignored. Poor communication and deceptive sales. Have gone to Security Wholesalers who were happy to price match the original pricing.
