Dubious seller, Richard personally advised me I could return an intercom that did not have the App functionality it was advertised as having. After communicating with both Richard and Dauha I was advised to purchase a different device rather than custom software to rectify the issue, this process took many weeks via phone and email. Once I returned the product as agreed, I was rewarded with an email saying that it would not be accepted outside their 30 day return window. I find this conduct both deceptive and misleading. Contacted within 7 days under their 30-day return policy to arrange return — no response despite follow-up. Returned with receipt and tracking confirmation. Refund refused as “outside the window.” Communication and commercial judgement were disappointing.

Exceptional service from Richard in all things CCTV sales and support. I undertook replacement of our ageing, faulty CCTV setup and Richard advised the best course of action and appropriate new equipment for each application, and was very fairly priced. One camera happened to be faulty, which was exchanged swiftly with no fuss. Richard patiently offered technical advice upon my own setting-up. Very happy with the service, recommendations, pricing and will be back in future for more. Thanks very much!
