Stay far away - they have a return policy where they charge you 20% for a restocking fee if you return an item. When you purchase items from their website, it states that they accept returns. However, you need to dig deep into their policy to be able to see this… One of those typical businesses where you really need to read the fine print or they will take your money and not return it. Rude and aggressive “supervisor” - just dodgy!

Extremely rude and unhelpful owner - wasted my time completely ! I recently visited CCT Masters intending to spend between $20,000 to $30,000 on a security system, but the owner Richard was shockingly rude and unprofessional. I asked basic questions such as how far a camera could record, and he told me to "come outside and look at the camera as far as your eye can see." Dubious seller, Richard personally advised me I could return an intercom that did not have the App functionality it was advertised as having. After communicating with both Richard and Dauha I was advised to purchase a different device rather than custom software to rectify the issue, this process took many weeks via phone and email. Once I returned the product as agreed, I was rewarded with an email saying that it would not be accepted outside their 30 day return window. I find this conduct both deceptive and misleading.
