Email received to review product - have received my order - slight delay due to NZ shipment address but all is OK. Had ordered white but out of stock so got the black unit, all good, thanks for the quick responses. I would recommend these guys 5/5 service
Very helpful before I purchased a Hikvision intercom and keypad. However after my purchase, they did not respond to my numerous requests for help with the installation, even though they state on their website they provide installation services. Very poor customer service.
