I enjoyed working with CCTVGurus on one of my projects. I got recommended them thru one of the friends who purchased a few cameras thru Superdealusa website. CCTVGurus helped me to select the best system for my boss, It was a bit complicated to understand what to order so I decided to call them and send an email with a description of what we need and got a callback! They also helped me to find the right installers. You rock, guys, especially George!

Approximately a year ago I purchased 3 camius cameras and in the beginning the customer support was excellent a few months ago I started having problems with email and alarm notifications ,I contacted customer support via numerous phone calls and emails, up to now nobody has returned my phone calls with the exception of an email that did not solve the issue .I emailed again letting them know that I still need assistance and nobody bothered to reply .
