I purchased a Hybrid DVR from this company and there are several items that just are not user friendly. It does send e-mails for motion/video loss, etc., but you do not get a still from each camera that detects motion like my last DVR. This is a pain, because what I found out is, if there are several detections, on several cameras, it only sends one still from one of the cameras and lists the other cameras in the body of the e-mail. I was pretty disappointed with the service I got from CC TV Camera Pros I placed an order for some cables they sent me the wrong adapters for my cameras when I called them and let them know this they told me they would send me the right adapters this was quite some time ago probably 3 months and I still have not received those I was able to find a couple connectors for my video but still do not have audio because they never did send them to me this was quite an inconvenience and still is very disappointed
