Purchased two smoke detector cameras. Both malfunctioned due power issues inherent to the device. I had to purchase two new cameras before they would refund my money for the existing ones. Then they withheld $200 of my refund because I kept the 4 SD cards that came with the cameras. Super clunky cameras that were not easy to set up on WiFi and super poor customer service.
System has worked very spotty since installation. A few cameras stopped working. Inferior cable was used. Took server from us to fix a couple months back and we have yet to have it returned and doesn’t return phone calls.
Adolfo did an absolutely great job. The aesthetics are very important to me and I will admit to being particular about how I want things. He installed a wired 8 camera system in my 2 story home - it was not easy. He even had to accommodate my patio and solar panel locations while making use of my attic and crawl spaces. He was very flexible with my ideas and took the time to provide options and recommendations. The price was also very reasonable. Definitely will use him again with family.
