I'VE HAD NO EXPERIENCE YET BECAUSE I HAVEN'T USED THIS SERVICE. WHAT I HAVE READ IN ALL THE REVIEWS IS NOTHING BUT A DISGRACE ABOUT THIS COMPANY IN HOW YOU ALL TREAT THE PUBLIC WHO MAY NEED THIS SERVICE. I THOUGHT ABOUT CALLING THIS SERVICE JUST TO BE ABLE TO GO TO AND FROM CHURCH SOMETIMES BUT I KNOW I WILL JUST STAY WITH THE ONTIME LYFT RIDES WHERE THERES PEACE AND NO STRESS

Drivers consistanly do not stop for reserved pick-ups and claim passengers are no-shows. Elderly patients rely on this service, they are not flaky like rideshare riders. Septa should do better with this service.

I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE STREET THE HANDICAP BUS WAS PARK IN THE ROAD FOR A LONG TIME I TOTED AND THE DRIVE GAVE ME THE FINGER. HE BROKE THE LAW AND GAVE ME THE FINGER.

This is a necessary evil. I have experienced delays of up 3 hours trying to get home. There is no official way to complain because the delay is cloaked as "Being Unserviceable!" which lets the company off the hook. I gave the lonely star for the courtesy of the DRIVERS! The planning of the routes are horrendous they are no way expedient. The riders are victims because we rely on the antiquated system. The State Dept. of Transportation needs to do an audit of the Para-transit System.

Very poor, poor service!! They are really rude, very lack in service, especially ATTITUDE & MANNERS!! THEY ALL CONRADICT EACH OTHER, BUT MAINLY NOT POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, CURTESY WITH CUSTOMERS!! UPPER MGT,GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER TO KEEP SERVICE, DRIVERS,& ESPECIALLY CUSTOMERS!!
