I was late for my event because my ride couldn’t be serviced. I called while in the 30 minute window they would not give me an update on my ride. They rescheduled me for another pick up an hour out from my original time frame which would make me over an hour late for an event. When I looked on the septa app when I finally had a driver it was coming from the exact location to where I was going dropping my friend off. Information is extremely helpful
At times the drivers are slow, and they pick up and drop off too many people. The drivers make you late to your destinations sometimes
