We contacted them to give us a pool quote, I received a call for them to come over, a gentleman phoned me said he lived in my neighborhood and told me he would be there at 145 on Friday, he never showed up. I called the office no reply, I tried several times to contact them and now it's an answering service saying to fill out an online request for a quote. We had our backyard completed by CCS Pool and Landscape last year and continue to be impressed with their service. Justin, Jodi, and their team were fantastic to work with — professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. They recently came back to complete a few loose ends and were also quick to help after our backyard flooded following a heavy rain. Justin and team were amazing to deal with right from the beginning thru to completion (which was also earlier than they had originally thought)! What I thought would be a stressful job was made easy by this company. Thank you for the beautiful pool! Our neighbors say we have our own little resort😊We highly recommend CCS Pool and Landscape!!
Worst experience ever. Lies and lack of communication. Finished product was debatable. Justin is a real salesman but thats it. We wasted close to 150,000. Took over 12 months to finish the backdoor steps and small deck. Installed the Trex decking improperly. Just sad. Planted almost dead cedar trees. Not a word of a lie .
