i was upset for waiting 4o minutes to talk with a "customer Service Representative last week. Now I am furiously waiting over one hour. Wish I had selected another supplier.
This has been the absolute worst experience of my life dealing with ccs. I’ve now paid them 2700 3 weeks ago and my order has still not shipped.
Ok. I thought it was just me, the lack of professionalism in resolving the problem. I still have not received my order. is it best that I come to the headquarters to get this resolved? No answer to emails or phone calls. maybe in-person review will suffice.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. When I initially started using CCS it took a month for them to get my insurance correct- I had called multiple times and gave them the correct info, I would then be told my supplies would be sent out in 24 to 72 hours. 4days after speaking to a rep, I would call again and the wrong insurance info would be in my profile. Eventually I called my insurance and the company that produces the supplies I need and asked to change DME companies, less than 24 hours later, my supplies was shipped. This ... read more
nobody answers their phones and when they do it’s someone who is sullen and doesn’t care and refuses to accept any accountability in making sure your medical supplies get out. this place is run by clowns and staffed by clowns. if I could give a zero I would
