If I could give them one 0 stars… I would!
Absolutely horrible company to do business with. They overcharged me twice. Both times I was promised a refund that never transpired. After 3 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved, I finally had to dispute the transactions with Amex and change my credit card number so this horrible company would stop billing me.
If i could give a zero i would of,customer service wow,you call at 9:01 they say wait time is 2 minutes, took 11/2 hours to get call back,lost 3 orders in shipping, sent supplies next day air,got it in 3 days. Then recieved the three lost packages,had to call again for rma labels, first lost pkg came had to go thru waiting for a call back,took long time sent my return label. Which took awhile. Then got the other 2 pkgs. Had to call again,said i needed 2 return labels, they sent 1 ,then had to repeat everything again. Tomm. I... read more
I am being nice with a 1 star because they derserve less! I called early in November to order my diabetic supplies for the holidays and was told they would place my order yet it was never placed I waited and waited and still no supplies finally after the 3rd call I was told I needed a new perscription why they never told me this upfront I will never know but I live 1/4 a mile from my doctor and could have easily walked over to have a new perscription faxed in minutes!
