Absolutely terrible customer service. Reached out to them regarding order pump supplies, and took over 3 weeks and multiple phone calls over different issues for them to finally tell me they do not carry the supplies that I need. Hoping I save someone else the time and the headache for Tandem Pump supplies.
Just no.
I didn’t realize that Tandem pumps are ordered through CCS. The customer service rep instructed me that I was only to order supplies through them. That was part of the pump being purchased. I told him they were full of crap and reported them to Tandem, which they probably just slap their hand. I would give them less stars, but there’s no place for zero
i was upset for waiting 4o minutes to talk with a "customer Service Representative last week. Now I am furiously waiting over one hour. Wish I had selected another supplier.
