Excessively long wait times on hold, disconnected calls while waiting on hold, they do not call back and they do not take critical Diabetic supplies seriously. Even when calling ahead for refills 6-8 weeks in advance. Withheld my life necessary prescription for over a month which resulted in PERMANENT damage to my eyesight (diabetic retinopathy).
