The customer service sucks, the representatives (not all) are extremely rude and the website orders never work. Overall, a very bad experience to the point that I wouldn't even give 1 star.
I'm. Thinking about going. Though a different. company ccs medical has been nothing but headaches they keep changing my shipping date on my order and they keep trying to stick me with a copay when my insurance said i don't have a copay I'm getting very fed up with it so i don't recommended them to anyone
