4 stars out of 5 due to the location being a medical place that has changed medical businesses that are no longer listed as College Community Services but has been changed to be Clarvida. The issue is that it needs to be more medical professional on the outside of the medical facility and change the name to what it is now "Clarvida". After 6 plus months it's still on the outside as the last medical facility name.

No transparency with what patients are actually told and what doctor documents about patient. When I called the front desk over concern for how my doctor acted in my first appointment back seeing him, I was told doctor "dosnt like to go off topic" when I questioned the bizar diagnosing he some how came up with. With this said, if what he had on me was true I wouldnt be a fully functioning adult that I am! This was dehuminizing, most definitly insulting, and belittling as i am a strong independent women. Really disappointed with the services here on 3 separate appointments have come in early and waited 45 minutes and still not been called back. The front desk staff have always been amazing but the rest of the staff is another story. Look elsewhere if your genuinely looking for services this isn't the place to go to get actual help.
