I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom on Tuesday to be delivered on Thursday and it is Friday and they have yet to be delivered. Never received a phone call to say they were going to be delivered late. I called the shop this morning to see why and JESSY was very unconcerned. Very helpful, got my order done
This florist is very unprofessional and disgraceful. I placed and order for a large floral arrangement to be delivered to a funeral home for a wake. I realized 2 days after the funeral from the family thats it was never er delivered! When i called I spoke with a very nasty associate, Jessie, that was extremely unsympathetic, stating it wasnt delivered because the name of the deceased was not on the order.
